Products ship from our warehouse 24-48 hours after your purchase, and auto-orders ship the following day.

Eligibility for Refund: Physical products, including empty bottles, must be returned to the address above. Be sure to include your RMA and your contact information (name, address, and phone) with the returned items.
Tracking Recommended: We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. To ensure safe delivery, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please do not "Return to Sender," as these packages often get lost.
Digital Products:
For electronic and digital products, files must be deleted from all electronic storage (e.g., computers or phones) after a refund is issued.
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Credit card refunds will be made back to the original payment method. If a refund cannot be processed due to technical reasons or expired cards, alternative methods will be used:
Domestic Orders: Refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the billing address.
International Orders: Refunds will be issued via PayPal to the email address used for the original purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Items returned without a RETURN NUMBER will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees.
