Digital Items

All digital items will be available for download immediately after your order is processed. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a link to your digital downloads. From this page, you can download your files or view them online. For convenient future access, we recommend saving the page to your "favorites." Additionally, you will receive a separate email with a link to your Customer Account page, where you can access digital files at any time.

Physical Items

US Shipping:

Most orders ship the next business day after your order is placed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive, though many customers receive their orders within 3-4 business days.

• Books: Shipped via UPS by default unless an alternative option is chosen at checkout. A Shipment Confirmation is available upon request after your order has shipped.

• Supplements and Other Items: Shipped via FedEx Best Way unless the package weighs less than 1 lb. In such cases, USPS will handle the shipping. Tracking information is available upon request after the item has shipped.

International Shipping:

Most international orders ship the next business day after your order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your country’s postal system.

• Books: Shipped via UPS by default unless another option is selected during checkout. A Shipment Confirmation is available upon request after your order has shipped.

• Supplements and Other Items: Shipped via FedEx Best Way unless the package weighs less than 1 lb. In such cases, USPS will handle the shipping. Tracking information is available upon request after the item has shipped.

Customs Fees:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or duties.
